LIS-område och digital tomtportal
Nu kan ni se alla tomter som ägs av Pajala kommun och finns till försäljning i vår nya digitala kartportal. Pajala kommun har ett stort utbud av så kallade LIS-områden som ger dig som fastighetsägare större chans att få dispens från strandskyddet? Kanske är du en av de markägare som har din fastighet inom ett LIS-område?

Nu finns även Pajala kommuns lediga tomter i en digital kartportal där du kan se de olika alternativens storlek, placering och pris. Pajala kommun äger tomter i Erkheikki, Junosuando, Korpilombolo, Pajala, Tärendö och Sahavaara. Alla tomter är anslutna till det kommunala nätverket för vatten och avlopp.
I Pajala centralort är priset på mark avsedd för bostäder 145 kronor per kvadratmeter medan det i övriga orter i kommunen kostar 10 kronor per kvadratmeter.
Äger du mark inom LIS-område?
Hej Hemby har sedan hösten 2020 en intresselista med personer som söker hus eller tomt i vår kommun. Många av dessa vill bo utanför centralorten, antingen just i utkanten eller i en mindre by. Närheten till naturen och strandnära lägen är den starkaste faktorn för nybyggare av hus men utbudet av tomter till försäljning är i dagsläget litet. LIS betyder Landsbygdsutveckling i strandnära läge och innebär att du på din mark har större möjlighet att få strandskyddsdispens för nybyggnation och att bygga ut befintliga byggnader.
